Marco is a short film about an Italian American convict that takes place in late 70’s central New Jersey. Marco. The central character, is released from jail and struggles to cope with reentering society and the wary “famiglia” he didn’t rat out… or did he?

I play Louise, his wife. Having expected Marco to be incarcerated for the rest of his life, she found ways (and people) to help her carry on. Now that he’s gotten out on a technicality, she has to navigate staying afloat in the middle of her adoptive-Italian family’s wavering trust in Marco.
